Cancellation Policy
At Mahira Optical Fiber Solutions Private Limited, we take pride in delivering high quality optical fiber products and services with professionalism and precision. To manage scheduling, inventory, and resources efficiently, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice Period
Installation & OnSite Services: We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any scheduled installation or onsite service appointments.
Product Orders: Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement to avoid charges.
2. Cancellation Fees
Late Cancellations (Less than 72 hours): A 25% cancellation fee of the total service amount will apply.
SameDay Cancellations or NoShows: Will result in a 50% service charge or the forfeiture of any advance or deposit paid.
Product Order Cancellations (After 24 hours): May incur a 15% restocking fee, and any shipping costs already incurred will be nonrefundable.
3. Project & Contractual Work
For larger projects or service agreements under contract, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed agreement. Early termination may result in partial or full payment of the remaining contract value, as specified in the terms.
4. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Nonrefundable deposits may apply depending on the status of the service or product procurement stage.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances, Mahira Optical Fiber Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to review and waive cancellation charges on a case by case basis.
